This year for Christmas, I have a new solo and duet available.  “Carol of the Bells” is a duet for 4 hands on 1 piano and is quick and fun piece that would be great for a holiday recital or showcase.  The solo is “Where Are You Christmas” that was used in the film How the Grinch Stole Christmas and sung by country star, Faith Hill.

For New Year’s celebrations, there is a new solo available titled, “Auld Lang Syne and The Parting Glass:  A Scottish Farewell.”  These two songs are both traditional Scottish melodies written by Robert Burns.  The Parting Glass was the final hospitality offered to a departing guest.  Once they had mounted their horse, they were presented one final drink to fortify them for their travels.  The Parting Glass is now also used for a military final goodbye “But since it fell unto my lot that I should rise and you should not…”

Merry Christmas!

New for Christmas 2019 and New Years!
